How do I return my ex-lease bike via E-bis?
Choose between drop-off or pick-up.
You can either return the bike yourself in exchange for a fee or have it picked up for free.
Check your mailbox.
We will send you a confirmation email to the provided email address.
Schedule an appointment with E-bis for the drop-off or pick-up of your bike.
.If you choose drop-off, bring the bike during opening hours (Mon – Sat from 9 am – 5 pm).
For pick-up, you will receive confirmation from E-bis once your return request has been processed.
Confirmation of documents and accessories.
Securely attach the charger, keys, documents, and accessories to the bike.
Who is E-bis?
E-bis is the circular bike shop from Mechelen and our partner for the takeover of our ex-lease bikes. Your bike is carefully refurbished by top technicians and through social employment. Afterwards, it is offered for sale again.
